HOW REGISTRATION WORKS

How to Get Started

  1. Create your client account in our secure booking portal

  2. Add your dog’s info and upload vet records

  3. Schedule a meet & greet before your first stay

Initial Meeting

  • We offer an initial meeting to get to know your dog(s) and their needs.

This allows you to:

  • See where your dog will be staying

  • Help your dog get comfortable with us and the environment

  • Ensure your dog is a good fit before their first drop-off

  • This helps prevent any unforeseen issues on the day of arrival.

Health Requirements

  • We accept dogs of all ages

  • Proof of current vet records is required

  • Additional vaccination requirements may apply and will be reviewed during registration

Feeding & Food Policies

​

  • All dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression or digestive issues.

  • We ask that clients bring dry dog food whenever possible​​
